Nearly Danish Dame Pie Class: Yo’Mama’s Apple Cinnamon Pie

Learn to bake with Brooke aka The Nearly Danish Dame! This fun and informative introductory class will teach you the basics for creating our #1 pie: an American apple cinnamon pie with a handmade golden pie crust from scratch.
What you’ll learn:
With a complete hands-on experience, from start to finish, you’ll learn the basics of pie dough, and how to get a perfect crust. Properly rolling out dough, and assembling a pie, along with learning to make a woven crust, and tips for perfect baking.
Class features:
> Savory Pie tasting for a light dinner during class.
> While pies are baking, a Sweet Pie tasting + coffee, tea or cold drink in our café.
> When the class is over, you’ll have a freshly baked Apple Cinnamon Pie to take home and enjoy.
> Recipes home with you (in English or Danish)
> Assistance from staff and clean-up, so you can focus on the fun part!
Classes begin on time, so it's a good idea to arrive 5-10 min ahead of the start time! :-)
Participants from 14 years old and up are welcome. Children 11-13 welcome with parent also purchasing a spot.
